Hokoen Park

Hokoen Park

The park, which extends around Nagahama Castle, is known for its breathtakingly beautiful cherry blossoms in the spring. Visitors are invited to take advantage of the multipurpose sports ground and tennis courts while enjoying the views of Lake Biwa. The over eight-hundred cherry blossom trees were selected as one of the “Hundred Famous Cherry Blossom Sites in Japan” .
